Bankhead, CPC, ELI-MP is a career supervisory special agent and military officer with 19 years in the military, federal/state government, and non-profit worlds.Her life's mission is to protect and uplift life by helping people overcome their fears and imposter syndrome to achieve the lives of impact and joy they were called to live.

In a consultant capacity, Alani coaches and trains individuals and teams to achieve better and more efficient results through strengths identification and integrating those gifts. The result is not only mission success but also more resilient employees and higher retention rates.
